Nomalas Pinot Bianco

This wine is from the Veneto of Italy and made by Salamon Francesco.It’s 100% pinot blanc and is a touch frizzante. The slight effervescence gives great lift on the palette making it a joy to sip. There are notes of apple, pear, and lemon with hints of white flower petal and a very pleasant minerality.

This wine is lovely all by itself and sings with lots of variety of food pairings.

This is a silly high quality wine for the price of admission.
